How to Fundraise

A big hello from the Monster Team! Thank you very much for signing up to take on the Monster, and for agreeing to raise a minimum of £375 for Maggie’s. We’re here to help with hints and tips and give you an understanding of how your fundraising supports Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres.

Many of you may be new to fundraising and wondering how to get started, follow the helpful guidelines in our fundraising booklet and you will have raised your minimum sponsorship effectively and in a way that suits you!

This booklet will introduce you to fundraising online through JustGiving. Setting up your own fundraising page is made simple and easy by JustGiving and we have highlighted a step by step guide for you. We have also listed some handy hints on getting the most out of your page.

If a sponsorship form is the way for you, you will find a Maggie’s sponsorship form enclosed ready to be photocopied for additional copies and a selection of the best ways to get your friends and family to sponsor you!
